SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries are actioned Monday to Wednesday. We do this to avoid orders sitting in a hot holding facility over the weekend during the warmer months. After placing your order, you can expect it to ship within 3 to 4 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during new product launches.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the shipping address provided. We will not be responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or lost from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping cost of any package returned to the sender due to delivery problems.
